With over nine (+09) years of professional experience in implementing donor-funded programs with the United Nations, the African Development Bank and International Organizations Engaged in Human, Eco-Social, and Rural Development. Fluent in Arabic, English, and French, I hold a Master 2 in Project Management and EPM certification.
I have learned that effective project management goes far beyond tools and frameworks. It is about having the right perspective to evaluate strategic performance. I bring this vision by adapting and restructuring project strategies and ways of working. For projects at risk of failure, I am able to realign objectives and stabilize delivery. For projects already achieving their planned outcomes, I go further by generating additional, higher-value outcomes that reinforce and elevate the importance of the original objectives.
