Multilingual Retyping and Translation

I have several documents that must first be retyped exactly as they appear in their original form and then translated between English and the following languages: French, Arabic, Castilian Spanish, German and Russian. Accuracy is critical; I need the text mirrored character-for-character in the retyped files, with original formatting preserved before any translation work begins.

Once the clean, editable versions are ready, I expect fluent, culturally sensitive translations that read naturally to native speakers. Consistency of terminology, correct grammar and flawless spelling are non-negotiable. If you normally work with CAT tools such as SDL Trados or MemoQ, feel free to use them as long as the final files arrive in an open Microsoft Word format.
