About The Bariatric Club
The Bariatric Club is a lifestyle and wellness brand built around transformation — physical, mental, and emotional.
We create beautiful, structured journals to support people before and after bariatric surgery, helping them stay motivated, grounded, and connected to their journey.
We are now expanding our digital presence and looking for a talented Community Manager with excellent English and strong creative and design skills to help us grow and build a lasting impact online.
🎯 Mission & Objectives
Your role will be to help us:

Build a credible and inspiring online presence.

Create an engaged community (patients, professionals, and wellness enthusiasts).

Develop a network of partners (doctors, clinics, micro-influencers).
-
Generate the first organic sales.
-
Reach 15,000 followers by the end of the year.
We are looking for someone who understands aesthetic storytelling, and can translate our vision into elegant, emotional, and consistent content across Instagram and Pinterest.
🎨 Creative Direction
-
Artistic freedom: content should feel elegant, timeless, funny, and emotionally touching.
-
Main color palette: green tones with one highlight/CTA color.
-
You’ll work with our existing brand identity, but will have space to innovate visually and conceptually.
📅 Timeline & Launch
-
Pre-Launch (Oct 20–26) → “Coming Soon” campaign to build curiosity and anticipation.
-
Launch (Oct 27) → Official reveal of our journals & start of consistent content publishing.
The first two weeks will focus on refining strategy and preparing the launch materials.
📱 Weekly Content Habits
-
Minimum 4 posts per week (posted at optimal hours).
-
2 daily stories showing community touchpoints, behind-the-scenes, or journal features.

1–2 Reels per week (faceless, inspiring storytelling).
-
Community engagement: reply to comments & DMs, repost UGC, and start conversations.
-
Growth: use organic strategies and connect with micro-influencers.
-
Minimum 1 pin per day, designed within brand identity.
-
Create thematic boards (bariatric support, journaling, lifestyle, wellness).
-
Conduct SEO/keyword research to boost visibility.
💼 Responsibilities
-
Full management & creation of content across platforms.
-
Prepare weekly content plans (proposal Monday / feedback Friday).
-
Create all visuals (feed, stories, Reels, Pinterest).
-
Suggest creative ideas and define a clear marketing tone.
-
Build Instagram highlight stories aligned with the brand.
-
Assist in creating faceless videos (voice-over, storytelling, educational).
-
If additional design resources are needed, propose a quote and rationale.
-
Help develop a credible, professional, and coherent digital identity.
💰 Salary & Growth

600 TND / month
-
Once we reach 15,000 followers, you’ll receive 10% of online sales revenue (KDP) in addition to your base pay.

Long-term opportunity: as the brand grows, your role and rewards will grow too.
🤝 Weekly Mandatory Meetings
-
Monday → Presentation of the weekly content layout.
-
Thursday → Feedback, performance review, and next week’s planning.
✅ Must-Haves
-
Excellent command of English (writing + speaking).
-
Strong understanding of Instagram and Pinterest algorithms & aesthetics.
-
Solid experience in content creation, copywriting, and basic design (Canva or similar).

Proactive, creative, and able to work independently.
-
Reliable, organized, and committed to long-term collaboration.
-
Bonus: Experience in the wellness, health, or lifestyle industries.
