Automotive engineer
The project involves designing a battery pack for an electric vehicle capable of a 400 km range with a cooling system that stabilizes the temperature within a given range.
1. Detailed functional analysis and a study of options.
2. Selection of battery cells using numerical calculations in Scilab.
3. Modeling and simulation of the complete battery pack model in Simulink.
4. Mechanical design in SolidWorks.
5. Electrical design.
6. Modeling and simulation of the entire battery pack assembly (BCS) in SimScale.
Mechanical Engineer (Intership)
Modeling a refrigeration machine and designing a compressor in SolidWorks. These two aspects are often linked in engineering projects, as the compressor is a key component of the refrigeration system.
1. A refrigeration machine works by transferring heat from one location to another using a refrigerant, which is why we used Malab for modeling.
2. The compressor is essential for the operation of a refrigeration machine. After defining the options, we designed the chosen system using SolidWorks.
